Last years fundraising ideas

Become a Linchpin4Trinh and do your thing to raise funds for Trinh.

Linchpins last year……

  • held a Vietnamese dinner at home (got those cookbooks out), and asked guests to donate the amount of their choice for the meal.
  • Created amazing cupcakes to sell at work
  • Climbed The 1000 Steps in the Dandenongs near Melbourne, with sponsorship per step. Just imagine: lots of sponsors, at $1.00 per step, and the funds really add up. How fabulous.
  • Held a secondhand stall at a market, with donated vintage clothes and other treasures.
  • Hosted morning tea at work, with home-cooked muffins, cakes and biccies, for a donation.
  • Created a bookclub, with suggested donation amount for hosting it
  • Hosted a “dessert night” at home after a great dinner out with friends, with a suggested donation amount per dessert.
  • Held lunches, morning teas, dinners, presentations, and stalls.
  • Hosted an art and craft thing.
  • Conducted a regular walking group with friends, with each person paying a small amount each week to join in.
  • Offered lessons and workshops in their area of talent. There was an art class, a string class afternoon (you know, cats’ cradle and things like that), a singing group, and for those of us who are speechies, donating a therapy session for Trinh.

And even more.

Talk to your friends about Trinh.
Is there something fun you would like to create together? You could join as a group and all be Linchpins together. Sign up by emailing info@trinhfoundation.org (subject line: Linchpin4Trinh).
