Learning about Autism Spectrum Disorders

We then welcomed Ms Judy Griffiths from Canberra who taught Autism Spectrum Disorders with Mr Hoàng Văn Quyên  from Children’s Hospital No 1 in HCMC. Judy reported “The students enjoyed participating in practical activities such as using their phones to practice the video modelling technique for children with autism. They also developed a 15 minute workshop (for teachers) that they presented on the final morning in groups of 4 to demonstrate their understanding of the subject and collaborative practice by working as a team. They were very keen and interested students and we had a lot of fun sharing experiences.”
