Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment Policy

The TFA Board of Directors has signed off our Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment Policy. TFA has zero tolerance of all forms of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH) by any person or organisation associated with our work. The purpose of the Policy is to provide clear instructions and practical guidance to prevent SEAH and to protect, safeguard, promote and enhance the welfare and safety of vulnerable people in fulfilment of our mission and goals.

All current volunteers, staff and associates are required to sign an undertaking of compliance with the Policy and our partners to acknowledge that they have similar policies in place. The Policy will be accessible on the TFA website.
