Leila Ball who has been volunteering for Humanity and Inclusion in Hue recently attended a workshop there. Presentations were made by Dr Sue Ann Lee, SLP from KOICA/Texas University on using ultrasound with organic speech disorders, Ms My Linh and Ms Thanh from Enjoyable English School providing a practical session teaching basic signs and Dr Quang, from Central Hospital presenting a case study on Expressive Aphasia. Those who benefited from this workshop included Speech and Language Therapists from Central Hospital, Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital, Central Hospital, University Hospital and OGCDC.
