What you need to know about purchasing

We can only deliver to Australian addresses. There is a flat fee of $8 for your total order.

All deliveries are via Australia Post we will attempt to get orders dispatched within 2 business days. We are a volunteer run organisation so occasionally there will be delays – we will let you know if there is going to be a significant delay.

Delays are usually due to stock being unavailable, sometimes it is volunteers being unavailable – either way we will let you know ASAP

Larger orders may take longer and we may need to contact you regarding any additional shipping charges. If you want more than 5 puppets please contact us via email info@trinhfoundation.org

Payment is via PayPal only, we can’t arrange for other forms of payment.

All money we raise from these sales goes to our programs to develop speech pathology services in Vietnam.
